The latest collaboration of our 15th Anniversary Capsule Series finds us teaming with the Southern Cali streetwear label, Comune. One part high fashion, one part skate-ready apparel, Comune was formed from the idea that there will always be people out there who not only embrace the rawness and imperfections of everyday life but use it to creatively push the boundaries of what?s possible in skateboarding, fashion, art, and music their own way, with complete disregard of the consequences. A notion we could not agree with more.

The NRML x Comune Anniversary Tee features an original hand-screened graphic print on a soft-cotton, vintage cut tee. Limited to a pressing of 45 units, it is now available exclusively in-store and online.

A throwback design, the Nike Killshot 2 Men's Shoe is a low-cut style. With retro good looks, this shoe has a lightweight feel and a comfortable fit. Featuring a leather upper with suede overlays for a premium look and feel, foam midsole for lightweight cushioning and rubber cupsole for a classic look. Available now in-store and online.

2012 may have just begun but Jordan Brand is wasting no time kicking off the new year with a long awaited release.  The Air Jordan X 'Chicago' has not been released since its original appearance back in 1995. With an all-white tumbled leather upper with black and red accents, the 'Chicago' pays tribute to the team most historians consider the “G.O.A.T”. Each pair is finished off with a checkered inner liner as well as an outsole listing some of Michael’s most notable accomplishments.

Created by Lifetime and produced by Salazar, the story takes place a thousand (or so) miles from home, in Iceland, land of the never-ending night sky. A couple searches for warmth and light on an endless journey through a city and it's countryside.

Just as the Air Force 1 is legendary in sneaker circles, the mighty dragon is a powerful symbol in Chinese mythology. Now, to celebrate the Year of the Dragon, the two forces have shifted into alignment. Drawing inspiration from dragon robes—which represent good fortune—the Air Force 1 features a pattern of the creature on the tongue and a regal black silk texture on the sides. The sole is accented with a cloud-and-bat design and the Chinese character for “Dragon” is on the suede counter.

This exclusive release is now available in-store and online. Quantities are limited.

With 2012 officially marking NRML's fifteenth anniversary, a series of collaborations with industry heavy-hitters have been released in celebration of this milestone.  Just in time for Christmas, the latest collaboration finds NRML partnering with one of the original brands of steetwear, ``the underground inventive, overground effective`` label from Southern Cal, The Lifted Research Group.

Bonded by a shared passion to support the independent and underground culture, a collaboration which embraced classic design through innovative essence was created with this limited edition NRML x LRG Anniversary Letterman Jacket.

A combination of iconic applique and embroidery is also found on the rear of the jacket. Snap button closures and a silk-like quilted lining keep the elements at bay, while a a ribbed mock collar and contrasting pinstriped cuffs accompany slit hand pockets. 

Limited to a production of only 50 units, the NRML x LRG Anniversary Letterman is available exclusively at NRML, both in-store and online.

LRG has a long history of supporting upcoming and emerging talent, specifically the ones who are trying to "pay the rent with their passions." Enter Flight Distance, the dynamic capital city rap-duo featuring Bender and Patience, and backed by DJ Calkuta.  Whether it’s their ultra high-octane, riot of a live show or their cold and calculated recorded material, Flight Distance have long established themselves as heavyweights in the local hip-hop scene. The group formed in 2004, and independently released their first EP “The Warning Shot” and the LP, “Run For Your Lives!” in 2005. Since then they have shared the stage with the likes of; Ghostface, GZA, Masta Ace, Brother Ali, Dilated Peoples, Shad, Jedi Mind Tricks and many more. Their new album "Bad Information" was released this year and is now available on iTunes.

Originally released in 1988, the “Black Cement” Air Jordan III has been retroed twice once in 1994 and a second time in 2008. With a release slated for Friday, November 25th, also known as 'Black Friday' expect this to be an instant sell-out as one of the most celebrated Jordan Retros of all-time.

For those who can't wait to get their hands on this retro gem, NRML is opening late with a special "Midnight Madness Release" Doors open will open at 11:59pm, Thursday November 24th, with the first pair being sold when the clock strikes midnight. Shoes will be sold on a first-come first serve basis, with a limit of one pair per customer. NRML will also be offering availabilty in toddler and GS sizes.
